Orders & Pickup
How do I place an order?
You can order online through our /shop page, call the bakery, or stop by in person at our /visit location. For custom and large orders, we recommend contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup is free at the bakery during open hours. Local delivery is available within 10 miles for a small fee. Orders over $50 qualify for free local delivery.
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup is available Tuesday through Sunday, 9am to 6pm. We're closed on Mondays. See our /visit page for directions and parking details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. After that window, ingredients have already been prepped and the order is final.
Cookies & Ingredients
How fresh are the cookies when I receive them?
Every cookie is baked to order and never sits on a shelf. They're packed warm and sealed to lock in freshness, arriving within hours of leaving the oven.
Do you use nuts or allergens?
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take cross-contact seriously, we cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free. Please ask about specific cookies when ordering.
Are your ingredients locally sourced?
Whenever possible, yes. We use locally milled flour, farm butter, and seasonal fruit from regional growers. Our chocolate is fair-trade and our vanilla is pure extract — never imitation.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. A rotating selection of vegan and gluten-free cookies is available each week. Check the /menu page for current offerings, or ask when placing your order.
